Your website enquiry
The form prepares your selected service, visit type, preferred duration, date, time, outcall area and table choice in your browser. These details are not saved to a website database or browser storage. You can review the request before continuing.
When you choose WhatsApp
Opening the prepared WhatsApp link passes those request details to WhatsApp. You decide whether to send the message. Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss appointment arrangements. Opening a chat does not confirm a booking.
WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy. Please keep medical information, intimate preferences, identity documents and your full private address out of the initial enquiry.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads only if you choose Accept analytics. Declining leaves every website function available. Use Analytics choices in the footer to change your choice. Declining after acceptance stops further collection and removes this integration’s first-party Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google.
After acceptance, we count website visits, displayed request reviews, clicks to WhatsApp and clicks to the HEMERA member booking portal. These events do not confirm a sent message, received enquiry or booked appointment. We do not include your form entries, selected service, date, time, outcall area, WhatsApp message, contact details or the full outgoing link in our measurement events. We do not measure OnlyFans interactions.
The page address sent in our events is limited to the HEMERA homepage, with a fixed website title and no URL parameters or referring-page address. Campaign parameters are replaced with a fixed value. We do not use Analytics to infer sensitive characteristics, create advertising audiences or personalise advertising. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
Google processes technical connection and device information and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. This is not anonymous measurement: your device connects to Google after acceptance. Google may process information outside the UK under its applicable transfer arrangements. See Google’s privacy policy and Google’s data processing terms. We use your consent for this optional measurement. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out on that basis.
The cookies _ga and _ga_1104LTV6LS distinguish browsers and sessions. This integration sets their lifetime to 60 days without extending it on every visit. Google Analytics user and event retention is set to two months; aggregated reports may be retained longer. Your analytics choice, stored as hemera.analytics.v2 in local storage, lasts up to 180 days and contains only your choice and its timestamp. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies on the current page only.
Website access
The website does not use advertising pixels. Optional Google Analytics is controlled by your choice, as described above. Fonts are served by this site. Our hosting and access providers may process technical connection information and use cookies needed to deliver or secure the website.
HEMERA Private Updates
If you choose to subscribe, EmailOctopus processes your email address, subscription status, consent and technical information needed to operate the form and deliver emails. EmailOctopus may also process delivery and interaction information for newsletter reporting. We use this list for HEMERA news and appointment availability. You must confirm your email before joining. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter or contact HEMERA to ask for deletion. We retain the details needed to manage your subscription and honour unsubscribe requests.
The subscription form is loaded only when you choose to open it. It uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. See the EmailOctopus privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Newsletter signup is separate from massage enquiries and OnlyFans subscriptions.
Your choices
You can leave the form without sending anything. For questions about messages you have already sent, or to request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact HEMERA through the WhatsApp number above. You can also raise a data protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
